Soups

Our soups are made up of an optimal mix of cereals and legumes in order to be an important source of dietary fibre, of starches and proteins. In fact, therefore, they constitute a complete and balanced meal from the point of view of macro and micro nutritional contributions. The presence of mineral salts with a high bio-nutritional value (iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, etc.), the correct ratio between simple/complex sugars and the high protein intake, make our soups an excellent single dish.
In fact, the mixes were designed with balance in mind of the essential amino acids present in the various categories of raw materials present (cereals and legumes) so as to optimize their contributions by exploiting them complementarity (legumes deficient in methionine and cereals in lysine).
