Fattoria Pieve a Salti was founded in 1978. Its 700 hectares in the Hills of Siena, predominantly clay soil, have always been cultivated, rotating between forage and cereals.
In 1996 they began the conversion to organic farming method and added vegetables to the list of crops grown. The Farm, certified as Organic since 1998, has reached the process of "complete chain" with the completion in 2002 of its own cleaning system, husking and packaging.

Within our spa there is a beautiful indoor swimming pool suitable for all year round and in our quaint restaurant authentic we serve traditional Tuscan dishes, based on our organic produce. This beautiful farm is also suitable for weddings and banquets.
In the farmhouse, situated near Siena Pieve a Salti, old farm buildings have been converted into ROOMS and APARTMENTS of different types, as well as a wellness center which has a heated indoor pool with whirlpool.
